About
Cognitive decline can begin as early as 45 years old (Alzheimer's Society) Bridge aims to provide independence and confidence to those who have been diagnosed with Dementia and are in the early to mid-stages. Maintaining social connections is a crucial aspect in allowing people to adjust to a comfortable lifestyle post diagnosis.
How does bridge tailor to the needs of the user?
This product consists of 3 modules, each module offering additional support to the user throughout their progressive stage of Dementia. Bridge aims to reduce the communication gap between the person with Dementia and their support network. Dementia is difficult for both parties. During the early stages, it is essential that communication is frequent, but it is just as important to allow the individual to remain independent. Sometimes the balance is uneven and loved ones require more support.
Bridge has the ability to grow with the individual, tailoring to their needs whilst keeping family connected and informed of their progression.
How to add modules onto the product?
Modules can be fixed together using the sliding lock on the rear of the product. Each module operates on a sliding mechanism. When connected, all data from the app is transferred to the product.

Garden planting tool
Garden & outdoors
A 2 in 1 planting tool. Push the tool into the loose soil using the handles and footplate, drop a seedling into the tubing then open the tool to drop the seedling into the hole.
This tool facilitates the planting process and helps to limit the need to bend or kneel down. Those with limited mobility can continue gardening without adding strain on the body.
